Program details
max 30min of e-learning on pleuropulmonary ultrasound to sort out patients with or without COVID-19 type pulmonary pathologies. The French Radiologists Society (SFR) has just declared on 13 march " chest X-ray unnecessary and not useful for the diagnosis of COVID-19". On the other hand, pulmonary ultrasound can detect early and serious lung lesions caused by COVID-19. This allows the general practitioner and the emergency room doctor to sort out patients who cough / have respiratory failure and either refer them to the hospital for simple oxygen therapy respiratory assistance, ... or simple treatment confinement at home.
